This meeting is focused on how identifying and managing allergy can help you improve the management of your patients with asthma, rhinitis, food allergy and Coeliac Disease. The meeting, which will be in an informal style which creates a lively discussion environment, is a practical training day; GPs and clinical experts will discuss how they use allergy testing in everyday practice, how allergy testing has changed how they manage their patients, what you need to do to request testing, and how to interpret results.

This is the first Beds and Herts 2 day conference. The programme is diverse so it is suitable for GPs at all stages of their careers. There will be key note speakers at the start of both days, followed by a clinical lecture and different clinical workshops that you can choose to attend depending on your learning needs. Other workshops will cover careers, finances, appraisal and revalidation as well as political issues such as the future of General Practice. We have the Peter Graves from the LMC coming to speak as well as Roger Neighbour who will be closing the conference. There really is a diverse array of clinical and non-clinical topics that will be covered over the 2 days, as well as opportunities to network and catch up with colleagues
