Fellowship
The College has agreed a new Unified Route to Fellowship after a
lengthy development process and wide consultation.
Members of more than five continuous years will now be
able to self nominate for Fellowship based on a portfolio of
evidence in any or all of six achievement categories:
- Leadership
- Patient-centred practice
- Teaching and education
- Academic and research
- Innovation and creativity
- Clinical practice
The Unified Route will be the sole route to College Fellowship
from 1st April 2006, with the last deadline for nominations for
Fellowship under the current procedures being 31st March
2006.
Faculties and Nominators are urged to ensure any nominations
are completed by this date
