The RCGP does not
accredit training or preparation courses for
MRCGP[INT].
Some organisations claim
to run RCGP-accredited preparation courses for MRCGP[INT] and make
claims about the success rate of their students and even offer
candidates to submit their applications to them. The RCGP wishes to
emphasise that we do NOT accredit
MRCGP[INT] training or preparation courses. We do not work
with private companies or training providers. A list of
organisations that are accredited as Host Examining Bodies and form
part of the MRCGP[INT] South Asia is given on our website and can
be found in the
South Asia Rules and Regulations, as well as in the
Application Guide.
We advise candidates
that if they wish to find a reputable training course to prepare
for the MRCGP[INT] South Asia examination, they should contact
their regional representative of the Host
Examining Body who will be happy to offer them advice and guidance.

Application Guide
Only those doctors who
are formally registered as International Members of the
RCGP, have a Certificate of International Membership and
maintain their membership
subscription are allowed to use the
post-nominal designation “MRCGP[INT]”. Successful OSCE candidates
become eligible to apply for International
Membership.
