Organisations, for example, to develop guidelines and

primary health care, e.g. NHS Direct, ‘walk-in centres’, the

10.13 Cooperating with
any formal enquiry into the treatment of a patient, not withholding
any relevant information, and assisting the coroner or procurator
fiscal if an inquest or inquiry is held into a patient’s
death
