How many raters do I require for GP-SPRAT?

Ideally there should be 10 raters, but if you are unable to find this many, a report will still be produced and will state how many raters provided feedback. There must be a minimum of four raters for a report to be produced. Your raters will be contacted by email so must have a valid email address.

Why have my raters not received an email?

After appointing a rater, you must also confirm them before an email will be sent. If your raters use a hotmail or AOL account, please advise them to check their spam as HcAT emails can be recognised as spam.

How long do my raters have to complete their assessment?

Your raters have three weeks to complete their assessment of you

How long after my raters have completed their assessment for GP-SPRAT will I receive the report?

The feedback will be available to download once the assessor deadline has passed.

You should submit your electronic GP-SPRAT report with your iMAP portfolio as a separate attachment.
