Forms
You should have completed VTR forms for any training undertaken
before 1st August 2007. If you are completing Summative Assessment
you will continue to document training completed on VTR forms. If
you need a blank VTR1 or VTR2 form please telephone the
Certification Unit.
If you are completing MRCGP you will need to document training
undertaken after 31st July 2007 on your ePortfolio.
Please note that the PMETB GP CCT form is now an online
form and details of how to apply to PMETB will be sent to you
direct from the Certification Unit in your final 6 months of
training.
