Advice for GP Registrars

Summative Assessment

Those in their final year of training based in general practice (starting in February 07), and have chosen to undertake an audit as their written submission of practical work, are advised to begin their audits in the month of March.

Pick your topic with the help of your trainer and perform the 1st data collection. It is to your advantage to submit the work as early as possible in case resubmission becomes necessary so early data collection is recommended.

For more information see the National Office for Summative Assessment

Study Leave

If you haven’t already done so, plan your study leave now and book the courses you are interested in.

Contracts
