The Royal
College of General Practitioners in Wales is pleased to announce
the launch of a new award scheme for 2008 entitled
'Patient Nomination Award'
GP's in Wales offer a very high
standard of care on a day to day basis and the Royal College of
General Practitioners in Wales would like to take the lead in
acknowledging these achievements by providing individual patients
with the opportunity of giving something back to their GP by
nominating them for our 'Patient Nomination
Award'.

your name and contact details, your GP, his/her surgery address and
telephone number and your reasons for the nomination.
The winning GP will be presented with a trophy at the RCGP Wales
Annual Gala Dinner to be held at City Hall in Cardiff on Monday 8th
December 2008. The patient who nominates the winning doctor
will also be invited to the dinner.
