The RCGP Scotland Operational Plan 2007/08
supplements the RCGP Scotland Strategic Plan 2005/07 which is based
on and complements the College’s Strategic Plan.
This plan sets out the agreed priorities and
operational tasks to be delivered by RCGP Scotland, as part of a
national UK organisation, targeted at the needs of our members and
key external stakeholders in Scotland.
The plan outlines the key priorities under each of the strategic
objectives for the College for the period 1 March 2007 to 31 March
2008, and includes key tasks, milestones and timescales for the 4
teams in Scotland:
