Role of the College
The quality of care offered to patients by general
practitioners (and their practice teams) is at the heart of the
College's activities. Looking at ways of improving the
consultation, the referral and prescribing patterns, and the
practice systems and environment are just some aspects of the
constant development of quality and standards, that continually
forms part of our core work.
