For Individuals
General practitioners as individuals are each responsible for their own quality of care and patient interaction. Each aspires to do the best job possible for their patients and values the opportunity to reflect on and continually improve their abilities and knowledge.
The College offers general practitioners a number of quality related tools and educational processes where they can check their own performance and identify their good (as well as their weaker) areas and demonstrate improvement and development. These tools involve a great deal of work, but are highly rewarding – for the general practitioners, the practice team and their patients.
