A04. No, CARE measure was designed as an online interactive learning tool. It can be accessed at any time from any computer.

A06. CARE measure automatically saves your record to the point you have been working in.

A07. Yes, once you have completed your CARE measure you will be able to download and save your RCGP and EPASS accredited certificate.

Q10. How do I purchase CARE measure?
A10. Visit http://www.caremeasure.org.uk/, register within the right hand blue box and follow the purchase instructions within the tool. Alternatively download the order form from the 'How to Purchase?' section and send it back to us with payment.

Q11. What are the differences between the single purchase and multi purchase option?
A11. The single purchase option enables you to purchase a single immediate access to CARE measure using only your credit or debit card; whereas the multi purchase option enables you to purchase block of five activations.

Q12. How much does CARE measure cost?
A12. Single activation:
  • RCGP Member: £30
  • RCGP Non-Member: £35
 
        Block of five activations:
  • RCGP Member: £120
  • RCGP Non-Member: £140

Q14. Can I get a refund if I do not like the product?
A14. Before purchasing PEP eKit please read the RCGP Scotland's Terms and Conditions for PEP eKit which clearly states that it is a 'business to business' transaction therefore we will not consider any request for refunds.

Q15. I have purchased PEP eKit multi user. Will my registrars be able to see my CARE measure?
A15. No, your CARE measure is protected by your unique CARE measure password that you choose while activating your code.

Q17. Can I have a receipt for my purchase?
A17. Yes, when purchasing CARE measure online, an automated receipt is emailed to the address stated at registration. If purchasing CARE measure by post, please request for a receipt when sending in your order form.
