Blue ArrowThe National Association of Patient Participation

is a national government-funded organisation that invites affilates via membership.  PPG membership is just £25 per annum, providing a support network and a constant stream of information.   Joining N.A.P.P can really help you realise the full potential of your PPG.  Beside the benefits of becoming a NAPP member, they also produce a variety of publications to help you formulate and conduct a patient group such as the invaluable pamphlet entitled "Setting Up A Patient Participation Group in a GP Surgery".

Our RCGP UK equivalent to the P3 group is called the Patient Participation Group. They are a very pro-active group based in London. RCGP UK also conduct the Patient Participation Award.  Based on nominations, a cash prize is awarded annually to GP practices for outstanding levels of patient involvement.
