About Us
The Republic of Ireland Faculty aims are to provide
educational services to members, to enrich the professional
development resources available to all GPs and to support research.
We also work to enhance cross border communications with our
colleagues in Northern Ireland and to maintain close links
with Central College in London.
The work of the faculty is led by our faculty board, which is
comprised of 6 - 8 members. The board meets several times per year
and is represented on the College’s main Council. Further details

Our key activities include running educational events,
providing opportunities for networking and organising awards and
