10 Minute CBT
Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is
a practical, focused method of making positive change in people’s
lives. It helps identify links between physical, emotional,
cognitive and behavioural factors which frequently interact to form
vicious cycles that maintain and worsen people’s problems.
10-minute CBT is a unique concept
adapted to be applied within shorter time periods. Standard CBT
generally comprises a series of between 6 and 20 one-hour sessions.
In comparison, 10-minute CBT offers a flexible tool, which can be
used in many different settings.
