Biographical Details
Born in Nottinghamshire, Bridget attended
Retford Girls High School and the Royal Free Hospital School of
Medicine.
Having worked in Shrewsbury, London, Leeds,
Newfoundland, Dundee and Middlesbrough she then moved to Wales and
married Jonathan Osborne, ENT surgeon at Glan Clwyd hospital.
A mother of three, she currently works as a
salaried GP in Conwy, as Clinical Lead for the Retainer scheme for
Cardiff University (PGMDE), GP advisor for the Primary care support
service and as a DVLA medical examiner. She has also given medical
advice on the “Jamie and Louise” programme on Radio Wales.
Bridget runs a flock of Lleyn sheep and
a small Welsh Black suckler herd. She is a 2008 Welsh runner up in
the RSPB “Nature of Farming” awards.
