East Dunbartonshire
Community Health Partnership (CHP) was established in April
2006. It is responsible for managing and delivering
community-based health care services and leading programmes to
improve the overall health of all communities within East
Dunbartonshire. It serves a population of approximately 105,400 and
an estimated 17 % of the population (17,938) are living with a Long
Term Condition (LTC).
