South East Thames Faculty
The South East
Thames Faculty covers Kent, East Sussex (and the outer
fringes of South East London), where currently
1,831 members (76 of which
are Fellows, 39 are
Assoicates, 437 are Associates
in Training (AiTs) and 1
Student) reside.
There are various roles
and activities, from representation on college council and
committees, to arranging social activities.
The Faculty assists the KSS GP Deanery with the MRCGP courses,
plus is also involved with the college’s 'interim Membership by
Assessment of Performance' (iMAP).
A monthly Faculty Bulletin is produced, and
electronically circulated to members.

Faculty Charter
The Faculty has a
Charter,
which states that the South East Thames Faculty seeks:
- To advance the cause of general practice
locally through companionship education and
research.
- Promote by representation the voice of
our members locally and nationally.
- To encourage membership of the College
within the faculty boundaries.
