RCGP Clinical Priorities

A key role of CIRC within the RCGP is to select the Clinical Priority areas for the College.  The Clinical Priority areas are chosen after consultation with the RCGP membership, and are one of the ways that CIRC can help GPs set the Clinical agenda of the College.  Each Clinical Priority area runs for a period of three years as a programme of work in CIRC.

Once a Clinical Priority has been selected, a Clinical Champion is appointed to spearhead work programmes and act as the representative of the College for issues in that area.  CIRC is proud to work with the Clinical Champions.

Please use the table below to find out more information on the work being taken forward in each Clinical Priority area.  The information on the pages is intended as a resource that will grow over time, so please continue to check back for the latest updates.
