It will look at how online access to the GP record can help patients manage their diabetes and prepare for consultations with online access to test results and care plans. The webinar is also relevant to the management of many long-term conditions and patients with multiple co-morbidities.

RCGPNI invites to you a free half-day event to explore and understand federated working in Northern Ireland. The RCGP is funded by NHS England to deliver the General Practice At Scale programme, to support practices who are both already working or are interested in working 'at scale' in England. The Clinical Champion for the project will be able to share what has been learned about 'at scale' working in England, and how aspects of this working can be introduced in Northern Ireland.
