Webinar: Patient Online and Dementia Care 

The Royal College of General Practitioners is hosting a free webinar for GPs and GPNs on how Patient Online can support a person-centred approach to providing care for people with dementia.
It will look at how online access to the GP record can help individuals and/or their carers manage their dementia, prepare for consultations with online access to care plans and manage multiple long-term conditions. It will also cover issues around proxy access and coercion.

Webinar: Patient Online and rheumatoid arthritis

The Royal College of General Practitioners is hosting a free webinar for GPs and GPNs on how Patient Online can support a person-centred approach to providing care for people with rheumatoid arthritis. It will look at how online access to the GP record can help individuals and/or their carers manage their rheumatoid arthritis (and other co-morbidities), monitor their condition and prepare for consultations. It will also cover how to enable individuals on DMARDs to safely use Patient Online.

Multimorbidity Conference

Hosted by RCGP and the 3D Study Team, this Multimorbidity Conference is an opportunity to discuss challenges that general practice faces in providing care to patients with multiple long-term conditions, especially when physical and mental conditions occur together. These challenges include the complexities of polypharmacy, incentives which are focused on single diseases, and designing care for people with multimorbidity when care pathways and many provider organisations are disease based. This conference will consider potential solutions and innovative approaches to providing appropriate care.
