I’ve logged in as a member but I didn’t get my 10% discount

As long as you have logged into the RCGP website as a member, your 10% discount will automatically be calculated when adding products to your cart.

If your discount is not displayed, it means you are not logged in. If this problem persists, please contact the College's Webmaster: webmaster@rcgp.org.uk or call 020 7581 3232.

I’ve added the wrong items to my cart – how can I edit my shopping cart?

To edit the entire contents of your shopping cart, click the ‘Edit Cart’ link on the left-hand menu. Here, you can either remove items from the cart by ticking the boxes in the ‘remove column’ or edit the quantities in the quantity field. Clicking the UPDATE icon will save any changes you make here.

I can’t seem to login

RCGP members can login to the online bookstore by clicking ‘Member Login’ on the left-hand menu. Type in your GMC number and website password. You will automatically be returned to the online bookstore. If you cannot remember your login details, they can be found on your membership card or by calling the College's Membership Office.

I can’t enter my credit card details

Our checkout and payment pages are held on a secure server so you can be assured of security. This is emphasised by the 'golden padlock' at the bottom of the screen where you can see details of our security certificate.

If you cannot enter card details, you can select the payment method ‘please call me for payment details’. We shall then contact you for payment before processing your order.

If you have an older Switch Card which still features an Issue Number, please select the payment option 'please call me for payment details' and we shall call you when processing your order. We ask for a start date rather than issue number, as Switch Maestro cards are phasing out issue numbers so are becoming less common. We can accept Switch cards with an issue number, but not online.
