Subscription fees can be collected from the majority of UK and
Republic of Ireland bank and building society current accounts.
Please use your RCGP (member)
number as the reference on the mandate form/s. If unknown,
please leave the reference field blank for completion by the
Membership Support Department.
For UK account holders, please download and
print the following two
forms.
For Republic of Ireland Euro account holders,
please download and print the appropriate form depending on whether
you wish to pay your subscription fee in a lump sum
(annually) or by quarterly instalments.
