Who can be a Referee?

A referee is anyone who is in a position to vouch for the credibility/authenticity of the evidence being submitted. They may or may not be a member or Fellow of the College and in some cases, may not (e.g. chairman of the local patient group). Referees may vary according to the Achievement Category.
