What is the College policy on complaints?

In accordance with all College awards, candidates for Fellowship will be asked to provide details on the registration and application forms of any upheld or pending complaints against them. It is unusual for a complaint to be a bar to Fellowship, but responsibility for any decision in relation to potential eligibility for Fellowship where there is a complaint lies solely with the Fellowship Committee. Informal and/or confidential advice may be sought by contacting the Fellowship Unit. Such advice can be given in advance of a member registering if they have any queries or concerns and will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
