The Committee normally meets twice a year in Spring and Autumn with the first meeting of 2008/9 being held on 22nd October.  The meetings begin at 10.30am and last the whole morning.  Outside of the meetings themselves, Fellowship Committee members engage in discussion by email including adjudicating fellowship applications where the designated adjudicators do not reach a consensus opinion. Adjudication Groups are in operation to assess applications electronically. Applications for Fellowship will be referred to the Committee in cases where the adjudicators are unable to make decisions.

The Fellowship Committee is responsible for maintaining the criteria for the Unified Route and reviewing a selection of approved applications, to ensure quality control and consistency amongst adjudication groups.

If you wish to put forward a nomination, please complete and return the nomination form, which the nominee should verify.  The nominee should also provide a supporting statement of not more than 250 words by no later than 12 noon, Friday 15 August 2008. Nominations should be proposed and seconded and receive the consent of the nominee.

Ballot papers will be sent to all Fellows during August/September should a ballot be required.  The result of the election will be submitted to Council for information.
