Achievement Categories
Candidates can submit a portfolio of evidence in
one, any or all
of six Achievement Categories, which reflect the range of their
past and current roles and activities, together with a detailed
personal statement of their past and current roles and
activites.
The achievement categories are:
Candidates in active clinical practice must
submit in the Clinical Practice Category.
