How to Join the College and become a full Member
Please use the following information to learn how to join.

nMRCGP-pass candidates
- I have completed and passed the nMRCGP
as an Associate in Training (AiT)
- I have received my certificate from
PMETB
- The College holds a direct debit mandate
on file
You will be upgraded to full Member as we are informed of the
release of your certificate by PMETB. You will be upgraded free of
charge until the end of the subscription year (31 March 2009). You
will be eligible to use the post nominal 'MRCGP' and to attend a
New Members'
Ceremony. You will also receive continued access to the
ePortfolio and full membership benefits.
nMRCGP-pass

If we do not hold a DD mandate on file (i.e. you have joined
the College as an AiT via the Certification Unit) please forward
one to us. If we receive it by 30 September 2008 we will waive your
fees for the remainder of the subscription year as above.
- I have completed and passed the nMRCGP
as a NON-Associate in Training (NON-AiT)
- I have received my certificate from
PMETB
You will be made a full Member as soon as we receive an
application form. Once processed you will be
eligible to use the post nominal 'MRCGP' and to attend a New Members'
Ceremony. You will receive access to full membership
benefits.
MRCGP-pass candidates
- I have completed and passed the MRCGP
- I have received my certificate from PMETB/JCPTGP
- I have returned a membership application form to the
College
You will be made a full Member. You will be eligible to use
the post nominal 'MRCGP' and to attend a New Members'
Ceremony. You will receive access to full membership
benefits.
(i)MAP-pass candidates
- I have completed and passed (i)MAP
- I have received my certificate from PMETB/JCPTGP
- I have returned a membership application form to the
College
You will be made a full Member. You will be eligible to use
the post nominal 'MRCGP' and to attend a New Members'
Ceremony. You will receive access to full membership
benefits.
Message to Associates
If you are currently an Associate member of the College you may
be eligible for an upgrade to full Membership providing you can
forward your PMETB/JCPTGP number. Please contact the team for more
information.
